Paliasa, Kleinhovia hospita, is also known as the guest tree. It is a very attractive tropical tree native across much of Asia and grown there as an ornamental and shade tree. It is also found in Fiji, French Polynesia and Queensland, Australia. Paliasa can reach a height of up to 20m (65') and has large heart shaped leaves which can reach a size of 20cm (8 inches) in length.
