Essential oils from Scarborough Fair: Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme

The essential oils I'm covering today, parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme, are often associated with the folk song "Scarborough Fair" popularized in the sixties by Simon and Garfunkel.
